I haven't use the lightning and the heighmap feature
For a material detector this is not necessary

Really nice and useful mod!
Buu would it be possible to make the heightmap from the minimap not to appear on the detector? The map is unreadable when height is 40 and less...

You can find an example of the settings file in the top post.
You need to place this file in your .minecraft folder.

Full minecraft.jar with MaterialDetector and mod loader included, for those who are lazy :iapprove:
You fool.
You can't redistribute Minecraft.jar, it's illegal.

The one major rule
Do not distribute anything I've made. This includes the client and the server software for the game. This also includes modified versions of anything I've made.

I just got my new computer that can handle 128x128 texture packs and happily installed the Arid pack, then reinstalled all of my favorite mods (this one especially important) and...it didn't work   :SSSS:  :SSSS:  :SSSS:
I'm not sure if it was mentioned before, but it doesn't work with 128x128 packs so..heads up :D
(Again, sorry if this was brought up already.)

*EDIT* Nevermind :3 It works fine, I just kind of botched the installation. Thanks for this mod, I love it. Many diamonds for you.

one of my friends use a 256*256 hd pack and he has the same issues as you.
He has 2 minecraft jar: one for hd pack and casual playing, one for finding material

I may have a look at this bug soon.
I think that it is related to mod loader v4.

thanks for your message regarding mod loader v5 compatibility.
I had a look at the API and at the zan mod source code to know how to change my mod.
Here it is, you can now try it.

Extracted, placed Modloader 5 and your unpacked detector, not worked. Placed the settings file, not worked. Please make easier to install mods. :) If you cannot help me install this; get :VV: .
