hello, i am new to the world of minecraft and and i am having trouble with my computer getting it to run minecraft. everytime i try to start it, it pops up the message window, "could not create java virtual machine" what is it and what can i do?

i tried what the link above said to do, but now it just wont play, i get it to open, but then a few seconds later it dissapers
