Ok, so here's the problem. I downloaded texture ender to convert my 1.5 texture pack to 1.6. The thing is, when I "convert"the texture pack, my output is another .zip folder when that shouldn't be the case.
This is what I get: http://gyazo.com/b87...1de3f897023eef6

Anyone know what's wrong, and why I can't convert this to a resource pack?

I checked and it was not in there. It only had everything my texture pack had.

When you convert the file, it should not be in a .zip form. Before you convert it, unzip it and convert it as a regular folder, that should work :)
This is how to make a cookie, add some wheat for dough. Take some chocolate, and some copper that is tough.
Then add some sugar, and you are almost done! But make sure to hide it from kids, or it will all be gone.
Now put it in the oven, make sure that it is warm. The cookie comes alive, but it doesn't mean no harm.
The dough becomes a figure, that is good and pure. But the only thing he wants to do, is simply to texture.

What you convert must be a .zip to begin with not a regular file. I'm not sure if this is the problem just making sure that you did that.

Yea, it is a .zip file. When I try to convert, it makes the folder, then after its done rezipping the texture pack it delete the folder.

I found that you have to have a full texture pack with all the resources inside it in order to convert.
In the texture pack you need to have the following:

(folder)achievement
(folder)armor
(folder)art
(folder)environment
(folder)gui
(folder)item
(folder)misc
(folder)mob
(folder)terrain
(folder)title
pack.ping
pack.txt
particles.png
terrain.png

I had all those things too. It STILL didn't work. (I'm trying to convert a 1.4 texture pack that was converted to 1.5) Not sure what the problem is, but its quite annoying to see that I can't get it to work at all. >.<
