I've heard that the people of Mojang want to release 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, and 2.0 by the end of the year. You should be able to see that Mojang is clearly rushing. There are at least 10 fully noticable bugs that were "created" when Version 1.3 came out. They haven't been fixed, and I don't think adding horses is the solution to this problem.
What do you guys think?
Should Mojang hold off adding new content and fix the present content?
Is Minecraft really getting worse and worse as it's getting updated?
No. Explain what these bugs are anyway. I only bug I know of that really bothers me and has existed in Minecraft for a long time is the random dark patches lighting bug, but I know the reason why they chose not to get rid of it.
Of course not! And also, where'd you get that they're releasing all those updates by the end of the year?

A question if I may. What is the reason why Mojang chose not to fix the random lighting bug?

I've heard that Dinnerbone actually succeeded in getting rid of the bug once, but as a side effect, the fix also severely affected the game's performance. Therefore, the bug was chosen to be kept in for the sake of optimization.
No, if this was the case for the majority we would see a decline in Minecraft's popularity, of which, I've already disproved this. http://www.minecraft...0#entry22745282
But the actual quality of the game could be getting worse. For example, beneficial updates to Survival mode.

Disclaimer: chaos has failed with his most previous flop of "minecraft is dying" which was biased, opinionated, and lying.

No, Creative mode is still being updated. It's survival I'm complaining about.
i guess a certain someone has not heard that they are adding a feature that makes survival harder the longer you stay in an area,
or that spiders now have random potion effects
Sure, there are some things like the bugs that need to be fixed, but every time there's an update, nearly the whole community is hyped up about the new features. Doesn't that tell you something?
The beauty about minecraft is that you don't have to keep playing these updates! If you think the game is going downhill and you don't like the recent updates, then play old versions. The game is in no way decreasing in popularity, and nobody but you is complaining about the fantastic updates that are being released.

Again, if the quality was going down, then the playerbase should be shrinking. We've been over this before.
