I'm having trouble with that very thing as well as other problems. When WiFi does turn on, it won't connect to networks. It keeps saying "Avoided Poor Connection" even though it says the signal is strong.  I really like it because of its size and I hate to junk it but without internet capability, its just a glorified media player.

ok I opened up the tablet (get a thin knife to pry open the plastic) You will see the battery, lift up the battery and under it is a sticker with a wire soldered to it. Lift up the sticker( wire is soldered to the sticker) and move it ontop of the battery. Try and make the wifi sticker so it is non sticky you don't want it to stick to anything. when it is not sticky just leave it in the top center of the battery and shut the tablet back up.

I would have never thought of that. I will try it first thing in the morning and post my results.--- I just wish the thing had Bluetooth.
