I just changed the code for myself

Edit the WIN_Launcher.bat and type in

java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar craftbukkit-1.5.1-R0.1.jar -o true
PAUSE

Btw- it doesn't work for me also with original code ;)
I have Windows Vista

I have never tried it in Win8, the current launcher works with 2000, XP and Vista.

Yep, updated the launcher.  I need to find a way to keep checkpoints after an update, it would be a pain if you would have to beat all the worlds again after an update.  But sadly i couldn't find a way Posted Image

I'll be giving this map a try and making a video on it, Is there any reason that I should hold out on this?
Also, if I make a vid could you put it on the front post?

Sure, i will add your video to the front post.  New updates on the map are released every time Minecraft updates or when there is a game breaking bug in the current version.

Yes, this is based on bukkit, so you can have up to 4 other players on. However there isn't much of a purpose yet for more than 1 player, i am thinking of adding a co op mode in the future but that is once i get the singleplayer finished :)
