When I started playing Tekkit (Tekkit Lite to be specific) my firewall pops up a pop up saying this:
SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR
Setup launcher     may be trying to prevent 'ISSetup' from running each time your computer is started by modifying the registry key: HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\RUN

I have the option to allow it to do this or deny it. I click deny and also make my firewall to remember to deny it all the time, but it still comes up! Different logs come up, but all the logs have that big space as the setup launcher's name! So what is going on with my firewall? My firewall is ZoneAlarm.

There is absolutely no reason to use a 3rd party firewall.

Your router acts as one partially, and windows firewall is MORE than enough.

This is almost definitely a false positive, ISSetup is part of windows.

So you're saying it might be a virus of some sort? Also, just right now, I got this one:
SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR
Setup Launcher    is trying to launch C:\Windows\SysWOW64\msiexec.exe, or use another program to gain access to privileged resources

No. It is not a virus, please read my post.

There is no reason to use a 3rd party firewall. I would suggest uninstalling zonealarm. Your router partially acts as one, and windows has its own firewall.

msiexec.exe is also part of windows.

Zonealarm is the issue, it is giving you false positives. This is not a virus, get rid of zonealarm you do not need it.
