Is there a mojang support number?

I'm having trouble reaching the company through email, but can't seem to find a support number on the minecraft site.

Do they have one?
There's a reason he's called "The Sisko"
Star Trek DS9 and Doctor Who FTW.

They don't have a number. If they did it would be impossible for them to get anything done.

They get thousands of emails a day as it is.

What is your problem regarding? Post it in the forums here for support. And at the very least We can tell you the correct Email to send it to you depending on your problem.

My problem is that someone stole my account about a month ago, so I contacted http://www.minecraft.net/support/ with my reciept ID, and account info.  He was very helpful, and asked for me to email from the email on the reciept.

You see, by mistake when my father and I registered, we accidentally made the account on dad's email.  So I informed Daniel of this, told him my dad's email he was going to mail to daniel. so course my dad procrastinated sending the email for about a week, so after about 3 weeks of no response, I decided to ask my dad to send another email, and we did so yesterday, but I wanted to have a number incase their is no response again.

It would be handy if they had a number, but they're way too understaffed to handle the amount of calls that would come in.

Actual real support for the product you bought? Yeah right. They're too busy spending their $20 million on hookers and drugs to do things like hire support employees.

my mincraft will let me log in but the game will not start up it just goes to a black screen how can i fix this

My new account is payed for and when I log in it says not premium. I emailed them on Wednesday and still have no reply.

Maybe you guys can help with this. I  bought the game, the money was taken out of my account, but it does not say i am a premium user. is there a code or something that i was supposed to receive and enter somewhere? anything else i was supposed to do?

Just got to options in the launcher and press force update. The client has nothing to do with logging in to your account.
