YOGOT Trailer

YOGOT v0.5

This map is a puzzle map in Minecraft that is filled with difficult puzzles that you have to beat and get emeralds. This map is different than other puzzle maps because, like the title says, you only get one try at each level. If you die, you lose for that level. Your amount of emeralds determine your score at the end. Post your scores on this forum (a screenshot would be nice) and get your name on the high scoreboard. As the map creator, mine is up there (And should be the highest) but we'll see if anyone can beat me. To get on the Hardcore scoreboard, you will need a screenshot.

v0.7.1 is out. Bug fixes, many redstone fixes with new 1.5 updates.

Installation:

• Extract the map using WinRAR/Windows Extractor
  
• Go to your .minecraft folder

• Run

v0.7 is out. Command block bug fixes, and some challenges fixed. I also noticed that in hardcore, mobs spawn, so diamond sword given to the player in HC mode.

v0.5 is out. I added the Hardcore mode for YOGOT. Note for all: It is incredibly hard, so unless you are an experienced player, I recommend you don't try it, for it may ruin your views on this map. HC and regular are both the same, but in HC, YouReallyOnlyGetOneTry....

Thanks everyone for trying this map. This map is not fully finished yet because the final boss battle at the end is not finished. I am in the process of making it. Please comment on any bugs, glitches, or just thoughts on the map. Hope you enjoy it!

Hello there! I was doing a playthrough of your map for my channel (and thought it was very sweet!)

However, I ran into a "bug", or maybe it just might be my stupidity

On level 2, I wasn't quite sure how to activate the level? I had pulled the lever several times, and adjusted all of the rails at least once, but the level didn't seem to work? Any fixes you may have in mind? Or is there something I missed?

Well, in level 2, you were supposed to arrange the tracks to get the minecart to the detector rail. You are supposed to activate the lever after all your tracks are in place. If you already flipped the level, then I guess you lost. Hope that answers your question.

I played it, it was a lot of fun and very creative! I tried to count my diamonds and CD's and such, but I got sent to the credits. also some the the command blocks didn't work or there wasn't one there. So in order to get back I had to go into creative.

Before i went to credits I had about 320 Diamonds, plus 3 CD's and 1 pearl.

The CD's were worth 6, 3 and 3, and the pearl was worth 3 I believe.

A fun game indeed tho!

I'm guessing you mean emeralds when you say diamonds... but, Nice job. In the back of the credits section, there are enderchests for you to count your score. Also, could you provide a screen shot of what command blocks or parts weren't working so I can fix it! Thanks

Edit: For your score, be sure to convert it to your # score. Check my math:

320/9 = 35 Remainder 5   +    6   +   3   +   3   +   3   =  50.5
          (35.5)

I got all the way through to the last two levels but kept dying so I rage quit haha. I might give it another try soon haha. I had a good monster evasion technique going for me!

Thanks every for commenting on the bug fixes. v0.7 of YOGOT is out. Command block bugs fixed and minor changes added. Sword in HC mode for protection.
