#4) Respect - Respect mods, admins and fellow players.
#5) Cussing - Cussing is allowed. Don't abuse it.
#6) No 1x1s - Be it 1x1 holes or pillars, they look , so don't make them.
#7) No Offense - Don't build anything offensive. Seriously.
#8) Don't Spam - Caps are bad. Spam is bad. Don't spam. Don't CAPS.
#69) ... - 69 jokes aren't funny. Neither are "yo momma's".
#10) Thievery - Thievery is allowed. So be sure to protect your stuff.
#11) Murder - Don't kill people outside of designated PvP Areas
#12) Mob Grinder - Allowed, but don't afk at them. Please.

Explorer - Given to people once they have a legit house.
Pioneer - Given to people who've been around for a while.
Adventurer - Given to the truly dedicated.
Pathfinder - Have been here forever, usually don't have lives.
Guide - The first of the moderator ranks
Enforcer - The second of the moderator ranks
Captain - The highest moderator rank
Admin - The highest administrator rank
Owner - The guy that pays for this thing.
