Just so everyone is aware, make sure when you visit the server list (http://mcserverlist.com.

There is no server listing at mcserverlist.com, and while I haven't even tried his supposed "free minecraft for clicking on my ad links" scam, I am almost positive that nothing good will come of it.

I can't visit the site as it's out of bandwidth, however he has the right to do anything he wants on the domain as long as he doesn't steal anything that is copyrighted to you or anything generally illegal. If you have a patent on "MCSERVERLIST" it's another story. Please be aware that abusing DMCA can have a lot of negative consequences to you, including a big fine. You should have grabbed mcserverlist.com yourself if it is only a domain issue.

You are currently just advertising his web site, everyone who read this thread and who visits your site also visits his, you can be sure about that (which is why he's out of bandwidth already). If it was me I would say something like "Please be aware that our domain extension is .net and nothing else", which wouldn't trigger people to click the "scam" site. At least don't make his link clickable or something...

Just a friendly advise, don't take it the wrong way!

Good thing I've never been able to remember the server list host name.
Bookmarking .net for safety.
