Any how. im trying to make a Pig Farm. Simple Enough right? doubt it. My damn pigs keep despawning whenever i go to my skeleton spawner, which is at least a hundred blocks away give or take. Its not just pigs, its other mobs as well.

Pigs shouldn't despawn, only hostile and squids despawn

well they escape from their enclosure. Thats more than likely a better way to put it.

Then you simply need to secure your enclosure better, simple enough I would think...

And ocelots.  And bats.
Village Mechanics: A not-so-brief guide - Update for 1.4! Added subsection on iron farming to the iron golems section. Only ten villagers required to spawn golems (down from sixteen)! Put to rest the "facing doors cancel each other" myth!

Try building an enclosure that is completely enclosed.

I have a sheep farm surrounded with 2 blocks high hedge (it doesn't suffocate sheep when they stuck inside it) but sheep used to go outside if they glitched into the hedge. So I added a dirt wall outside the leaf blocks and now if a sheep glitches into the hedge it can't go outside.

There are also designs using water to keep animals in the middle of a pen (splashing noises may cause lags sometimes).

I have problems with escaping sheep as well, when I restart the game they sometimes have escaped, and sometimes they push each other out which make it look like they have escaped but then later on they will pop back in. Are those 2 bugs?

They occasionally happen on slower systems due to the sheeps 'push' radius. It'll make sure sheep won't clip into each other, and sometimes glitching through walls is necessary to do so (get your priorities straight, goddarn game!).

Is their a way to fix it? Or prevent it from happening?

This design has always worked very well for me to prevent things from escaping when the area is loaded.

Very nice solution, but it wouldn't fit size and stylelike in my farmhouse. :(
