Hello guy!

I have recently been into building Minecraft structures and Minecraft architecture, design patterns etc etc...
Since the Minecraft community has been so generous and welcoming I was wondering they'd like to give me build ideas!

Each and every build idea will be taken into consideration and if your idea has been chosen to be built I will make a thread on it and PM you so you know I've built your idea. If an idea does get chosen and it gets built I will update it every new Minecraft version to assure that it will remain downloadable!

If you have any build ideas and think that there is an appropriate texture pack for the theme or that you've found the perfect texture pack for the theme simply post it below with or without your idea.

Below you will have a least of everything that has been suggested. Build ideas and texture packs.

An old, crumbling greek/egyptian style ruin sounds cool. Ideas for both the interior/exterior:

Not the best idea, but good luck with the build! For a texture pack, maybe try Wayukian? The sandstone/quartz type textures are amazingly beautiful.

I always like putting guard towers dotted around my worlds with a chest with some armor, weapons and food for the "just in case" situations but if your looking for a big project y not try building an adventure map?

Thank you for the feedback! I will add these to the list of ideas and will browse for additional texture packs just to help with my builds.
Already have like 10 texture packs in my folder including Default(of course!), Aeon, G's Smooth, The Night is extremely Nigh and some others!

A huge underground factory with all sorts of things in it. Specially automated farms. (I'm currently doing it on survival. I'm digging a 10x50x50 hole for a gigantic wheat farm. Yes, that big, and it is taking ages, hahaha)

Build a church
Even i never ever go to church but i atleast know how it's made so i built one
Build guard towers consisting of snow golems (you can add iron golems in case skeleton interfere and are trying to kill ur snowmen)
and also...build an underground farm,storage,and animal pen

Sorry for my lack of responses everybody. I've been very occupied and haven't found the time to check on the post! I will be adding the new suggestion and the thread is now open for new suggestions.

I have decided to build the church idea suggested by Exo000! The results will be linked to another thread.

The thread is still open to suggestions!

Perhaps megabuild ideas? I'm not sure because they're pretty hard but I'm ready for the challenge!

Hello,

I mostly love to see nordic and medival builds, they require alot of skill to make though. Also I am a big fan of terraformed landscapes with WorldEdit and VoxelSniper.

Hey Greg, I have been working on an extensive adventure map since August. Are you around today/tonight or tomorrow? If so I can whitelist you and have you come check out what I have done. Here is an Imgur slideshow of some recent stuff I have updated (There is a LOT more to this map that what you will see here though. Let me know if you're around.

Make medieval houses. You can try create a castle or kingdom. I love medieval style , and if you are making medieval style i recommend John Smith's texture pack +1 rep!

Sorry for my inactivity guys! School has a lot of homework but it's getting cleared up. I'll add some ideas that you guys suggested. I may also start a new thread from my own building advice and a building idea list all because of you guys!

Thanks for the suggestion! I will take that into consideration and probably make a zoo with Mo'Creatures including an aquarium!

Thanks for the build ideas, the texture pack and the +1 reputation! These will be taken into consideration seriously! I DO have 2 hockey games so I probably wont have time.

You could build Atlantis: A future-ancient City, with temples, canals, palaces, a spaceship or two, and other things from future and history.
And, of course because its Atlantis, a selfdestroy-button.
