Small 1.4.7 Vanilla Server (semi) Mature Looking for more

We are a small group of players looking to expand our server with players age 18 and up.  This is a server that has been up just 3 days, and we are doing EVERYTHING by hand, so there is much room to grow.  Temples haven't even been touched yet.  Right now we are looking for another 10 or so users to add to the 20 members we have.

Absolutely no one has or uses op powers, has or will use cheats.  There is no recall home or teleporting of any kind.  We use minimal plugins to preserve the vannilla experience, prevent cheating as well as map use.

Our current goal is expanding the area and establishing a rail system that connects the various areas of the map.  What we are looking for in players is motivation to build on their own and possibly in group projects.  What we can offer is a fresh clean start on a new server with some good players.  We host a mumble server and we make great use of it!

As for rules, there aren't many but they are followed or a ban is likely to occur with little or no warning.  I advise any applicants to read these rules because they are not up for debate and any work you put in will be lost if you are removed from the server.  We expect NPC villiages to be left alone and preserved completely.  We expect creeper holes to be filled in.  We also want to preserve the look of the land so ask that trees are replaced as they are used unless an area is going to be developed by that player.  No griefing will be tollerated.
