Me:I would like to know when Amazon is going to update Minecraft PE to 0.6.0 .. Apple and google play has already updated.. I have bought this game twice on two accounts through AMAZON

Me:My problem is I bought this as a family game so that we could teach my kids about cooperation and my son on his IPOD already has the update and can no longer play with us and I am SOOOOO disappointed and if you read the reviews there are alot disappointed there too.

Me:It is a bit ridiculous this is Amazons top rated bought game. I have worked my butt off on the game and I cannot just buy it again
Charan:When the update is available, You dont have to buy it again . You can update the app without purchase it again
Me:You totally missed what I was saying.. I could buy the updated version from Google or Apple but I would loose all my gameplay through Amazon
I need to know a date .. I need to be able to tell my children something.

Me:Minecraft released the update and the bug fix to Amazon when everyone else got it and they already released it. I am upset.. I have spent 14 dollars buying the game twice and then once through Apple through two accounts so that we could play as a family and now amazon has really dropped the ball on this one.
Charan:I'm extremely sorry for the trouble,Please understand that we're working on to make the update available. If you wish I can issue refund for the purchase so that you can repurchase it once the updated version is available
Me:I would loose ALL OF OUR WORK up until the update and that is not feasible.

Me:if the solution was that easy I would have bought it again already through another company.

I can certainly realize that this is not what you expected, but I hope you understand that this was never intentional from our end. We will release an update once we receive it from the developers. We've already reported this to them and we are waiting to receive the update

I just need to let Amazon know that we are highly disappointed. It is not just my family either.. If you read through the forums for update there are alot of upset customers. My family has bought a fortune of stuff from Amazon and I do not know if my loyalty will stay with you after this incident. I understand this is personally not your fault ...
I just find it upsetting that your follow up on your NUMBER ONE DOWNLOADED APP is not better. I would be calling Mojang hourly.

seems like the rep doesn't really know if they are working making the update available to us, or if they have even received it
