✶Server information✶
We are a fresh new Community who aim to gather keen and ambitious Gamers from around the world in hopes of creating a “fun” and “friendly” environment! We currently have 40 slots and if we have more members then we will invest in increasing this however for the meantime our server’s specifications are:
RAM -2048MB
HDD – 30GB
CPU – Intel Dual-Core
We have a chest shop, which you can buy various items, plots that you can buy around spawn which you can PVP on, jumping puzzle, we have a donation board and rank board, Mob arena, (Soon to have PVP arena), along with just a nice spawn.
We are currently making an events world an soon a creative world where people can build to their hearts content!
✶Spawn✶
Once you join Galaxy Gaming you will find yourself at “The Spawn” which will act as a “safe-zone” for all players. You can easily get back to the spawn with /spawn as there are many features located in the spawn. These features include:
-The Official Galaxy Shop which will have the official marketing prices of items.
-Warp Points to the “wild” and biomes you can take to start surviving.
-Public facilities such as “Enchantment Tables”.etc
There will also be an official “World Capital City” which will contain all of the most important things including: “Mob Arena’s”, “Official PvP Arena’s”, “Shop’s with purchasable trading posts” and many more things! Plots will be available and we are open to suggestions so many more things will be added!
✶Rules✶
On our Bukkit server it is compulsory to obey the following rules. Failure to comply will result in suitable punishment and may affect your chances for any form of a Rank promotion. This server is a “Factions” server which means we encourage players to compete with one another whether it be alone or in teams. This means PVP IS ALLOWED, therefore be careful when trying to attack people in their faction land because you won't be able to attack them without declaring them an enemy first. This server includes a 5 second TP time interval to ensure fair and full fights so be weary if you are exploring.
1). Cheating is strictly prohibited to ensure fair gameplay for all. Anyone caught using a form of Cheating will be banned
2). Spam Forms of Spam include general chat spam, /msg spam, /tpa spam, relog spam and will either get you muted or banned.
3). Advertising is banned not only because we don't want to lose valuable members, but also because we want to protect your Minecraft ID. There is an exploit where they can actually steal your session. In other words, they can hack your account and log into Galaxy Gaming as you. This is done by tricking you to join their IP address. When you attempt to connect, they "steal your session."
4). Swearing We don't tolerate swearing as we don't limit our age/race group. Although it may not offend you or some other players, it can offend someone and we aren't prepared to ruin their experience over it. If you swear you will be given a warning, if you continue to swear you will be muted. Continuing after that will get you Banned.
5). Harassment Players who are caught harassing others either by Staff eye witness or by report will face a Ban. We don't want anyone to be disturbed and so it isn't treated lightly here.
6). Bullying Bullying will result in a permanent ban. End of story.
7). Language We are an English speaking community and therefore only English is allowed in the Global Chat. You are allowed to PM your friends in other languages a
8). X-Ray We are familiar with the famous X-Ray mod and texture-packs and we don't allow them. We want to maintain a balanced and fair economy amongst players and so punishment will be severe.
9). Duplication Glitches Any form of duping is not allowed. If anyone is caught duping or hacking, they will be Banned.
10). Location Do not build too close to the Spawn because we may need to expand it and your house may end up removed. Also many people abandon houses near the spawn and we feel it
ruins the landscape. This also applies for any other Server Builds such as Events.
11). Style You can build in any style, but no 1x1 towers. They ruin the landscape. Same with 1x1 holes.
Golden Rule:
Do NOT ask for items from staff, for Ranks, or even OP. This will just reduce your chances of being promoted greatly and so don't think this will ever change.

Galactic Gaming aims to keep a close connection with its members through a forum which is currently under construction On the forums you will find everything you need to know about the server, any updates, any applications.etc There will also be a section for members to discuss things between themselves, we hope to create a lively and amazing community so be a part of it!
✶Events✶
The server will have a wide range of events players can choose from, more and more events will be introduced over time. We aim to release at least 1 event per month and WE ARE OPEN TO SUGGESTION!!

First Event to Celebrate the Server’s Release: "Dragon Slayer"
The first person, to 'venture' beyond into the Ender world and slaughter the beast, known as the "Ender Dragon" will be announced the 'Dragon Slayer'.
This is a one-time only event, and is open for anyone when they join.
There is no specific time, but make sure it's you that joins and gets straight to it!
Once completed, you are offered the prefix "Dragon-Slayer" which is entirely optional.
(You must alert a member of staff before attempting the challenge as it needs to be checked and monitored to ensure it is completed “fairly”.)
