BUG REPORT: Your development version 24 for minecraft 1.6.4 causes a bug with ichuns morph mod. If you aren't familiar with iChun's morph mod, it allows you to morph into any mob in the game. some of them are 1 block tall, allowing you to fit into 1 block spaces. DireWolf refers to this as "going into bat mode." Unfortunately something in your version forces your character to be two block tall, even if you are a bat Tinker's Construct causes it to be two blocks tall. I have tested to see if this is the cause of the problem, and TiC 24 is the problem. Of course it IS a development version, but I wanted to let you know. It may just wind up getting fixed when the dev version is more stable. Either way you know about it now.

This has already been covered three separate times since the update was released.
And don't you dare say that you didn't feel like bothering to look through 504 pages of the thread to see if someone had already said that, because the search bar at the top of the screen would do that exact thing for you in ten seconds flat. I'm tired of people trying to pull that kind of nonsense.
(On the chance that you hadn't planned to say such a thing, please ignore above rant and continue along your merry way. :P)
There's quite literally tens of thousands of public SMP servers. You're asking for someone to help you find a needle that may or may not exist in a haystack. Your best choice for having a server with only one mod is to make one yourself

Ok, well you're not mdiyo, but if he already knows about it, then my cause is accomplished.
Zimba01: Creative modifiers are added in the same way as other modifiers. They give you a free slot on the tool.
nintendude1236: TConstruct was using battlegear's API for proper compatibilty until the author decided to break the API in the middle of a minecraft version.
link234: Changes are being had on 1.6.4. You won't see one for 1.7.2 anytime soon. Perhaps when we get a version of Minecraft that doesn't have rendering problems we'll have an update.
Turbulence123: Could you take a screenshot of your setup and post it here please?
Servers with only one mod are rare and usually private. The game just doesn't feel right with one mod; you'll either want none or lots.
bufothetoad1, Bman326: Nice copy/paste job you have there. Would you like to try again?

I think this was already answered but to be sure there are a lot of tinkers constrict graphic bugs on 1.7 is it cuz of optifine?

It's because 1.7.2 is broken. That's why 1.7 has had the most patch versions out of any version of Minecraft ever. Mojang rushed out the 1.7 update because the players were getting impatient, and we all payed the price. That's why 1.8 is taking so long; they're making sure that they get it right the first time around, so that we don't wind up with 1.8.12 or something.
i was wondering i think i may have broken the ui for the smelter control. I built a tall smelter with thankfuly holds alot of molten metals but the ui changed and i couldnt see some of the ore in the smelter.

I can see what you see not, vision milky then eyes rot. When you turn they will be gone, whispering there hidden song. Then you see what can not be, shadows move where a light should be.Out of darkness, out of mind, cast down into the halls of the blind.
I am using Tinker's Construct for my 1.6.4 Minecraft world but I can't seem to do the "click on the desired metal and it will go to the bottom" mechanic. I've seen it done before and the wiki says its possible but it won't work...
Oh, and sometimes the smeltery just up and refuses to do anything, it won't smelt. it won't show metals inside of it, and it will just use everything in the smeltery to make a tool part and then not give me the item, even though there is enough materials.
I may have found a bug. If this has been updated in a newer version, I apologize. The cobblestone from Chisel is not usable for stone tool parts. If this is a bug on Chisel's end, I'll go report it there. I'm using the Attack of the B-Team modpack.
Whenever I go into the smeltery controller I can't see any of the molten metal in it, please help! (I smelted all my iron and oreberries in it, but I can't select any in the controller )
glitch found! sticks are working as a tool rod! FIX!!!
glitch where sticks work as tool rods!
I had assumed this was added on purpose, it actually makes sense. Why use a template to fashion a stick into a stick? The template still exists to make the tool rod from other materials of course.
I personally like it this way, one, sticks and wooden tool rods no longer take 2 slots in my inventory, and early on one less template to worry about making/carrying.

thanks. It seems logical if it is in the players inventory.
