with writable only the first 3 modifiers show so my mossy lucky hasted diamond pick only shows the mossy lucky and hasted parts could you fix this?
thanks
i dont think its going to be a problem unless minecraft has a problem with how your layering the sprites
elemenster: Each level of reinforced has a 10% chance to not use durability.
scottyaa275: I have half a manual written. It should double as a crafting guide and an explanation of what things do.
_i_n_h: Eventually, yes. Thaumium is a tier 2 metal.
Mr_person1234321: It's a bug. There's supposed to be a texture, but it's absolutely useless until the next update.
elemenster: 4 layers on a sprite + 3 modifiers was as good as I could get the renderer going before it started to lag. Perhaps in 1.5 I can do fancier things.
The main posts mentions that those crafting recipes are "Undocumented". This suggests there is a document somewhere with the recipes I'm probably stupid, where is this document?
While I'm still disappointed in the lack of interest in supporting Balkon's mod, I think I will probably use this once Metallurgy support is in. So, I'm back with an apology for my petulance, and a new set of questions.
Will there be any chance of Harken Scythe support?
How about RedPower materials...and more importantly, Sickles? (Quickly shredding plants and leaves is a godsend.)
You're really adding horses? It's kinda overdone, so why not a less common animal? Actually...given they're already used as transport in game, why not pigs? Or at least cows.
Does IC2 support mean we might get custom chainsaws and drills at some point?
Marvl101: Possibility, but not likely to happen until tier 3 crafters materialize.
AnonTheMouse: Harken Scythe support isn't a bad idea. Redpower gems will be usable as modifiers. Sickles, well... Mattocks tear through plans, and scythes would have the same ability.
Horses, probably not. Oxen will be the strong animal to ride and put stuff on. Drills and other types of machine tools will be a thing, but not like IC2 does it...
Found out Cobalt and the other nether metal has medium blast resistance. That is how you get your hands on those metals legit. I still can't make tools out of them though...
I'm using this mod with a few other mods (Ars Magica, ChickenShed, Better Farming, BiblioCraft, Biomes-o-plenty, More bows, NEI, primitive mobs, secret rooms, IDResolver), and up until a few days ago, it was working fine. I haven't changed anything with minecraft or added any mods, but out of nowhere when I log into my server (which has all of the correct mods) I crash. The error log that the crash screen sends me to says this:

and if I try to load or create a singleplayer world, minecraft freezes on "Building Terrain." Before this I also was crashing if I attempted to remove an enchantment from any of the tools from this mod via NEI's cheat mode (Which were successfully added in the same manner). Any help would be appreciated, as I love this mod, and have been enjoying making witty names for tools. Into the fire is a great name for a frying pan, by the way. Feel free to steal that.
I can't seem to use a electronic circuit and a battery on my tools. I put both objects on the tool edit table with a tool and it won't make anything. Am I the only one with this problem?
Nevermind, I derped, all the tools I was using had already maxed additions to the tool.
The more I think about it, the less useful a manual sounds. I'll have to come up with some other things for crafting guides and explanations.
Ja99edMan: Nope, they're tier 2 tools. They'd break the wooden table. Actually, I should make them do such things instead of nothing...
Fidget98160: NEI removed the entire NBTTag for that tool. It has no idea what the tool is any more, such things are not possible without cheaty methods of altering items. You'll have to remove the tool from your save for it to load.
MCEdit can remove specific chunks that are problematic. It's compatible with higher block IDs if you get the dev version. If it's in the inventory, delete player.dat
elemenster: Each level of reinforced has a 10% chance to not use durability.

1.4.6 and 1.4.7 are compatible with each other. I do not support Technic in any way though, so you're on your own.
The Smeltery is starting to look really good...
I absolutely LOVE it! This is completely amazing! One thing I might ask, is what ore are you melting down in there? and Another thing, is the thing to the left the tier 2 table, and will it actually show the picture of the tool you are modifying? If so one thing to note is you took out diamond tools, why is there one on the table? I also noticed that you can actually see the lava level from the outside, you tank is about half empty. I love everything about it!
Qwertygiy: When I start nearing the end of projects like this I get impatient. I can't even play the game when things are this close.
elemenster: I'm not sure what steve's carts has to do with anything.
Caiman Crocigator: That's Aluminum Brass. What you can't see is there's copper and bronze below it too. There's two buckets worth of lava in that tank. I have a few other tanks for storing liquids around somewhere...
The table on the left is the Casting Table. It's the tier 2 Part Builder. Combined with metal patterns, you'll be able to pour metal in it and have them be any shape you like. Ingots, tool parts, metal plates, perhaps others. The diamond sword in the table is just a test; it's actually showing the tool inside.
The tier 2 Tool Station will be made from metals. I do like making multiple metal tables, mhm.
thanks

I can't seem to use a electronic circuit and a battery on my tools. I put both objects on the tool edit table with a tool and it won't make anything. Am I the only one with this problem?Nevermind, I derped, all the tools I was using had already maxed additions to the tool.
Turns out I don't need edits in the base game, just some clever code.
I want to see if it will work with Technic...

The Smeltery is starting to look really good...
Ohhhhhh, the pain of needing patience... I'm waiting on this just as eagerly as I was waiting on the MystCraft and Ars Magica updates a few days ago.

thanks and so its technical limitations gotcha
more like steves carts?
SHINY!
I love everything about it!
elemenster: I'm not sure what steve's carts has to do with anything.
They can't, not without mDiyo's permission.
