It's a bug that will hopefully be fixed that items get stuck on the lip of the hopper which actually in I think it was 13w01a duplicated the item, but it was fixed it 13w01b. If your using water, try making the item go off the block at a diagonal angle. Hope this helped.

I don't like getting snapshots because the servers that you have don't work because its not up to date well it is but the servers don't get snapshots and when you take away the snapshot then minecraft never loads again well mine doesn't load but I go on my brothers

I just wait til the actual update is out so the servers update it aswell but if they don't then they aren't good server owners because I believe that every server has to update

yay! vacuum cleaners!!!!!! now i can set a hopper-minecart in front of my train of chest minecarts to pick up all the items so it does not stop the chest minecarts!!! great job mojang! a great addition.

hmm, Impressive improvements. But Tekkit and FTB will still trump it.
But at least if I was forced to play vanilla again I won't be as bored.
