After a lengthy run through the city, though not at all uncomfortable due to the leisurely pace whom Jokramm maintained throughout the whole of the journey, he and the girl eventually arrive at one of the gates that is clear of any sort of the black creatures. With most of the soldiers distracted in the more busy areas, Jokramm is allowed to pass through without any sort of check. Upon passing through and gaining a reasonable distance away, Jokramm turns towards the girl and asks, "Well now that we have made our completely inadequate dance through the urban forest, it now seems that our paths must be paved, possibly in intertwining or opposite directions. What say you?"

We canter through the forest at a medium pace, having encountered no creeps so far. Hadron's speed boons help us go faster, but I can't help but glance over my shoulder now and then to make sure there's nobody following us. Checking the directions once again, I mutter, "It shouldn't be far from here," then roll it back up and put it in my bag.
"What was that?" asks Hadron, turning and locking eyes with me.
I pause awkwardly for a moment, then say, "Ah... Nothing, nothing." I find a tree next to me particularly interesting and fasten my gaze on it, hoping my hood hides my blush. If he notices it, he's tactful enough to say nothing about it, and turns again to ride forwards...

((Hmm... I initially planned on having this be a trap, but maybe it could lead me to the woods camp you guys are at? Being alone is dreadfully uneventful.))

Erion was just listening to Origen, and sighed.
