If all the countries remaining agree to a peace treaty, The game ends. Everyone's a winner. anyway, England would win. they have 3 player, France has 2 and one doesn't attack, Papal has 1. They have more attacks, they would win.

I'm not surprised. I now how these work and I would have done the same. I surrender to France.
Now I have 2nd place in the 1700s and 3rd in the Renaissance risks. Both with tiny countries.
