Y'know, this thread will just end up with everyone saying they want Minecon 2013 to be in the country they live in.

Na, personally, I have always said in these threads I think it should be somewhere over the Asia neck of the woods.
I'm from England, but we have had one in Europe and in the U.S. There is a huge market to tap into in the East and I think MC could benefit a lot from heading over there.

Europe makes sense due to the product origins, also Europe is a cheap travel destination for the most part regardless of where you are coming from in the world.
I would say Aus or far east Asia would be the most expensive overall, so as a second plan I'd also suggest somewhere in the states, preferably not a huge tourist location due to cost of living but not somewhere so remote that the travel details become complicated.
To be honest though if there's a party, geeks and girls I'll be there
, and yeah and minecraft related stuff is a bonus.... But the travel experience and girls win win everytime.

At the EU servers from TroubleInMineVille they always speak German.
That means that the most minecrafters of the EU are in Germany!
So I think minecon 2013 or 2014 should be in Germany!
Or in Sweden!!!
(Because Minecraft is "born" in Sweden!)
