So, anyone else excited that A3 is coming out this year, sure thing I am, and a message to the DayZ community:

The DayZ standalone wont run on Arma 3's engine, it will run on arma 2.5 (ToH engine)

That's if they don't postpone it further. The original release date was Q3 2012, but got moved to Q4, then Q1 2013. I still think that it won't come until June or July.

Yeah, they were filming the surrounding area and caught 14 frames of footage of the base and are awaiting trial for espionage. Countless tourists have filmed the base and area before and some have uploaded the footage to Youtube. Greece are just being idiots.

But really, they're game developers of a pretty popular game and Greece just thinks they converted to spies for an attack on them?

I don't know if my computer may handle the game well, sadly. It runs Arma 2 pretty flawless on high/medium graphics. But I am pretty excited.

Sounds like a decent cover ID, tbh. Don't get me wrong, those folks are probably innocent, but unfortunately I think Greece may be one of those countries where the burden of proof is on the defendent (mind you, I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I've heard that somewhere).

Edit: I can't wait for ARMA 3 either. It sounds like they've put a lot of work into water-related stuff, so hopefully there'll be some submarine shenanigans.

Definitely. But they're at odds with the Turkish at the moment which explains their baseless paranoia with them.
