I think playing on a PC is better, but I still play on  my laptop, and isn't easy to survive on SMP. Posted Image

I play Minecraft on a proper gaming rig. I almost never use laptops, except the one my college gave me for school work.

Specs:

ASRock Extreme6 Z77 Motherboard
Intel i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz
MSI Radeon 7950 3GB GDDR5 Video RAM
32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 RAM @ 1600mhz (I do other than gaming so I need the RAM)
550w PSU (I think Corsair or other good brand)
500GB Western Digital Caviar Black 7200rpm drive
1TB Western Digital 5400rpm drive

Running in 1920x1080p resolution.

I play on the crappiest laptop ever lol. I have a mouse hooked up to it though. Wish they had got me a PC instead of laptop now lol. $700 down the drain.

I play on a PC since Minecraft's performance is better on it.

Sometimes I'd play on a laptop, but I mostly play on a PC. It is way better to play on a PC.

I used to play on a laptop, but it froze a lot, lagged, and controls with the mouse made it impossible to complete survival for me.

I now play on a computer that I got for Christmas. It is awesome!

I think it is different for everybody on what works for them.

You can make a laptop at this website that is just as strong if not stronger than your pc and you wouldn't get lag.

It'll cost you an arm and a leg but if you want a super powerful laptop, then there you go.

My laptop definitely slower that my PC, but it still can hold server and 5 people and far distange with fast graphics. (normal distance while recording with fraps). It's all depends of processing power.

I play on a PC, I have a laptop too but it's terrible, I get like 15-20 FPS on Short render distance!

Since my laptop is my personal computer and PC is an abbreviation of personal computer; therefore, I play on both... Do I win anything?
