It's within the Minecraft.jar file in the .bin folder. You have 7-zip so you should be able to find it without issue.

Should is the key word but its simply not there, all it shows in my .bin folder is the native folder and the foulders i just put there for the mod.
Is there a reaon why 7-zip wouldn't show it? I've downloaded this mod before on my other computer just fine, given that was months ago.

In the bin folder you should see minecraft.jar. Open that with 7zip.
