Hi there. Sounds like Reverie could be a great fit for you. 
We're a 16+ whitelisted casual semi-vanilla survival server with minimal plugins (just GriefPrevention for what the name implies, and DynMap) and a tight-knit, mature community. No PvP allowed, as our focus is on cooperation and community! At the moment we average around five to fifteen people online at a time, with the highest numbers during peak hours, of course. We're hosted in the US with 24/7 uptime, and we also have a dedicated TeamSpeak 3 server for those of us who like to voice chat.

I run a small whitelisted, completely vanilla server. We are a close community all over the age of 18 and communicate via Skype once and a while PvP and Prank Wars are what keep things interesting around here, better keep your eyes peeled!
