I love how lenient the teachers are. I get to go home earlier almost every day!

I think the reason why its always ~90% or ~-90% is because there is a fine line of where everyones speeds fall under, seeing as all plans are sold at set speeds such as 8Mbps or 10Mbps, so even a bit under or a bit above and you're off the majority.
