Uhm... I think 2 choices
1. Save the web page, not sure too much...
2. Copy paste in word

The problem is keeping the images... For that you could use the (img)(/img) in the document itself, and just copy paste it.

Mhmm. Wouldn't say it. I hate Twilight, but didn't find any similar part to it in the Hunger games. Love doesn't make a book similar to Twilight. Fifty Shades of Grey would be just a random book if it did.
I also used to think the same, since such kind of books ain't have much of my respect. But Hunger Games was different. Especially Mockingjay. It's ending was amazing.
