IGN: 404explorer
What inspired me to get minecraft, was a small youtuber who was doing a seed review. It was called the "404 challenge", and needless to say, the seed was 404. It included a beautiful huge, beautiful cave with a dungeon in the center of it. The challenge was to explore the world and find the cave. This was my first look at minecraft, thus I dubbed my In Game Name 404explorer.

Lol not in a scary way, I just love lighting the things I build with fire, it looks so dramatic.
Favorite Building Block: Interesting question...
If I had to pick my favorite block, among so many good ones, I would have to say wood planks, the spruce variety. Spruce wood planks compliment other blocks so nicely with their rich brown color, (glowstone and sandstone being my favorite combinations), that I couldn't help but pick them.

Favorite Biome: Mushroom Biome!
How do you not like those little mushroom islands? Giant mushrooms everywhere, mooshrooms you can 'milk' for soup, I like the mycellium as a replacement for grass, and just the whole island factor, which is kind of fun.
Favorite Mob: Pigs. Pigs all the way
They give you pork (bacon), there 1 block tall and fit easily in places, they don't try to kill you, AND you can ride them!! What's not to like about piggies?

Favorite Color of Wool: I like them all
But if I had to pick, red, simply because it's my favorite color.
Strengths: I'm great with redstone, good at architecture, great at mob grinder's/xp farms, and I make a mean cooked pork.
Weakness's: pvp. I'm rather aweful

I might want someone to make some amazing redstone creations, maybe install some music, report griefers, have a good time with, and just all around admire there awesome builds

Jkjk yes, I am respectful al the time.
What makes your better than the average Minecraft player: Well, say if I got griefed, or pranked, or killed me and stole my stuff, I don't go: "OMGWTF WHO DID THIS I HATE YOU YO MOMMA DERPDERPDERPDERPDERPDERP IM LEAVING" Also most minecrafters don't know heads from tails doing redstone. I very rarely make enemys on servers.

Etho. His builds are really an inspiration for me, and alot of times I look at his redstone if I'm confused (He released his singleplayer LP world )

You have to plan out all the rail lines so carefully, or it just collapses. Yes, I can operate the nether hub.

I've lived in Texas my entire life, love the state. My greatest strength is redstone, definitely, I get lots of complements on that. I love playing vanilla minecraft, but if a server's not whitelisted it's just a pain. (Which is one of the reason's I spend 30+ minutes working on an application like this). I'm in 9th grade, as you would expect. I'm not going to put it here but I've got a high gpa. I also enjoy building in real life, although my chances to do that are limited. I honestly hope to be able to join this server, it seems like it would be a lot of fun.

Favorite Mob: Pigmen - They're nice and calm but then hit one and the whole lot of them come after you.

Favorite Block: My favorite block would have to be any type of wool, I love building with it, because of the wide variety of colors, and I love the sound it makes when you place it .

Favorite Building Block: Again, my favorite building block would be the different colors of wool, I just love how pretty it makes things look .

Favorite Biome: My favorite biome, would have to be the plains, or hills. I like plains because it's easy to build on, and it's vast, and I don't have to clear much, I can just hop right in and start building. Also I like the hills because I could make some awesome bases built inside the mountains.

Favorite Mob: My favorite mob would have to be the spiders, I love how they sound and the disgusting noises they make when they move .

Timezone: I'm in the Eastern Atlantic timezone, Yes I am from Canada.

Strengths:My strengths on minecraft would have to be building villages, I can work with redstone but please note I am still learning about more complex redstone designs.

Weakness's: My weakness's in Minecraft would have to be pvp, I really suck at it, But I'm open to learn if anyone is a pvp pro .

Are you respectful ALL of the time: I have my angry moments but I tend not to take them out on people, I look at it like, I want people to treat me how I treat them, and If I'm chill and collective and nice, they should treat me with the same respect.

What makes your better than the average Minecraft player:

Question time: Does the average MineCrafter have such an awesome name?! Or does the average minecrafter always be nice, and offering to lend random people help?! I'd gladly give anyone my food, ores or anything if it would help them out .<3

Who is your favorite MindCracker?Why? To be completely honest, I've never really got into the whole MineCrack thing, but I do love the Yogscast, they're so funny and Simon's accent always puts a smile on my face .

How many blocks from spawn are you supposed to go? I am suppose to go 1000 away from spawn and 1000 away from others! So says the rules! But I was wondering if It was okay, if I developed a  friendship with a player, if we could live together in bliss and harmony<3

Favorite Block: Definitely Enderblock! It just looks good for designing and isn't easy to blow up.
Favorite Building Block: Stone and its other variations because it goes with medieval buildings and also because I like the smooth look of it.
Favorite Biome: Mountains because I like the rugged terrain and its perfect for mountain houses
Favorite Mob: Wolves. Not only they are cute they're also helpful in singleplayer.

Favorite Color of Wool: Blue because it's my all time favorite color in real life and it's also my high school color.
Strengths: My strengths are building, mining, pvping and farming. I could build pretty cool stuff with passion and once in a vanilla server I mined about 20 diamonds 100% Legit. I'm a fan of pvping and joined many anarchy and raid servers. Farming is a fairly easy thing to do, as I know how to farm wheat, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, watermelons, reeds and also know how to farm experience or mob loots.
Weakness's: I don't know much knowledge about redstone or any mechanical stuff in Minecraft, but I could always read or watch tutorials on how to make redstone buildings.
Will you record the server(Not mandatory): Due to lack of a powerful computer, I don't think I can. Unless I use my parents laptop which has an i5 processor.

Past prodjects:This is something i built for a local contest some months ago.

I'm talking norwagian in the video and im very sleepy I dont got very many screenshots, but ill link some on skype if needed.

I like Spruce logs a lot. Specialy with jungle leaves.

For big prodjects i use stone brick a lot (with something lighter to fresh it up)

Extreme hills. Adlingtons castle is so cool. Even better is extreme hills jungle, but they are rare.

Cows, beef is the best food and leather is so useful now.

Purple. It is so cool when mixed with some obsidian in a nether theme.

Strength: Good at shapes, colurs and creative new big ideas.

Weakness: those small things that make a build look special.

I will start recording if the community gets all mindcrack like, i got some xp editing.

Laugh, clap, take it down, get revange! (for the sake of fun) though i like gifts more then pranks, i love giving gifts.

Why choose me: I'm realy helpful, hate cheating like xray and fly, realy nice and friendly, got humor, seen tons of mindcrack,

got loads of xp in building techniques and redstone, and i play 30+ hours a week.

I'm nice to people when they are nice to me, if they are not I'm just silent, I don't get worked up so easily

But ofc i don't steal and destry and trashtalk and that kind of stuff.

Experience, redstone and ideas i guess, but I don't lie to think of myself as superior cuz of that :S

I like to farm up heavy and then build big. I like to help and give people stuff, i don't know, its an easy way to get friends

I go to school and except training and homework, I sit on the computer I know alot of mechanics from sethbling and Etho like

spawning propeties, redstone tricks and general number data. English is my second language (im sure there are some mistakes in here), but im certain its enough

Favorite Block:  Fence.  I use tons of the stuff.  I can't get enough of it!  There are so many uses for it, both for decoration, and for practical purposes.

Favorite Building Block:

Mossy Cobblestone.  This is due to it's rarity and aesthetic value.  I love hunting for the stuff.  There's nothing like  finding a dungeon or jungle temple while spelunking or exploring.

Favorite Biome:

I like the Extreme Hills biome.  It's a wonderful example of what I call "Minecraft Physics".  They just remind me of how Minecraft always seems to surprise you.

Favorite Mob:  

Probably the Mooshroom.  It's my white whale, so to speak.  I've never once been able to obtain one legitimately.   I will make one mine.  As long as it doesn't belong to someone else!

I tend to really get my homestead established before I start exploring long distances from my house.  I like to feel secure and comfortable working in and around my house, so I understand how much effort people put into their creations, and will never be a griefer.

Weakness's:

Sometimes I forget crafting recipes.  Not for things I use all the time, but for things I just happen to have to materials to make.  Fireworks were my latest example.  It's not too bad, though. Haha.

Probably just laugh it off.  There's a huge difference between pranking and griefing to me, and if it's something easily fixed, or something which must have taken a tremendous amount of effort, no harm done, hahaha.

I'm fun play with, and I don't really bother anyone, that I know of.  I like exploring and building with other Minecrafters and helping people if I can afford to.  I use the honor system and I'm even known to give random gifts every now and then.

Definitely!  I'm easy-going and I don't like making people uncomfortable.

What makes your better than the average Minecraft player:

I usually CARE about other people and their creations.  I never pester people and I keep my cool in odd situations.

I play the game as if it's a stage.  The way I play the game is the way I live my life.

I enjoy two things in this world:  Minecraft and playing music.  I play local shows and have a TON of music projects in the works.  I listen to Jazz, Chiptunes, Metal, Punk, Indie, etc.  I probably like everything.  I also love to see the wonderful works of art which can be done in Minecraft.  I'm a University student in East Texas.

Well I like to build in old fashion stile mixed with some modern stuff like redstone lamp...
I like to build,not really big projects alone and without mods but with friends yes,also I hate farming ( I just plant seeds and I left them to dissapear,not first or second round until I make food,but with time I forgot) and mining (Its booooring and I do not like to go down here,because I collect a lot of stuff then I just scare to lose all my stuff so I always take bunch of torches and chests)
Well I have nothing special to say about my self but I am programming under linux for android and make some apps,also I like sports and to be out much so at weekend I spend just 1-3 h for computer.

Picture of one of your builds (Can be done in youtube video OR over skype): Unfortunately I do not have any pics of my builds. My computer crashed, I had to do a wipe. My most ambitious project was a massive three floor spleefing arena complete with dressing rooms, stands and locking doors that would be opened via a control room. Also your choice of kill spleefing (via a lava drop) or non-kill spleefing (via a water drop). It was about 1500 blocks wide, and then maybe like 300 blocks high? Something like that?
Favorite Block: Snow. I like being able to pick up some snowballs for random snowball fights.
Favorite Building Block: Cobblestone. People really underestimate what can be done with about a week of spare time and some cobble.
Favorite Biome: I don't really have one, but if I had to pick I'd say jungle. Naturally pretty, lots of resources and (my favourite) CATS!
Favorite Mob: Anything except for creepers. Creepers make me pull my hair out.

Strengths: I'm extremely persistant, and as long as people aren't douchebags I'm fine with helping out with resources and the like. I'm that guy that really doesn't mind spending about 300 hours building a tower for no reason except that it's not done yet (but to be fair, this could also describe just about every minecrafter on the planet)
Weakness's: Redstone. I'm not completely inept at it, but it's definitely not one of my strong points. Trying to work on that, though - some of those redstone doors look awesome.

I do know hot to operate a nether hub, and I'll spice up my part of it as much as I possibly can, I don't really like the look of nehterrack and lava, brr.

I'm (as stated above) located in Sweden, but I still feel that my English is decent, so I wont have any problems communicating with the fellow players. Oh well; I spend a lot of my spare time playing. Whenever I'm not hanging out with friends or slaving in school I play, so I wont have any lack of playtime on the server. I'm quite interested in coding as such, and I know how to operate my computer (Haha, humor... You see?). I've been playing Minecraft since early alpha and I recently bought a new account. My old name SesamKaka123 didn't fit my anymore. I've recently gotten back from a "stop" where I got bored of the game. But I fell in love with Minecraft again, and here I am. I'm always full of idéas, and I'm not afraid of sharing them. I've actually made my own adventuremap back in the days, but sadly I can't find it.

Favourite Block: Stone. Stone really stands out to me because it is natural and part of every Minecraft world. I think it looks great anywhere and because of its dull colour, says a lot more than colourful blocks. (As well as receiving light projections much better due to it being grey.)

Favourite Building Block: Logs. Oak specifically. I love to build with logs because of their rich bark textures and four varieties to choose from. Like stone, they are natural and feel real, adding lots of depth to structures that just cannot be found in other blocks. They work great as borders, supports and decoration, especially in a fantasy setting. Also, now that we can place logs lying down they are much more versatile in adding realistic, good looking detail to structures. Finally, because they take just that little bit more effort to get in large quantities, and you have to grow them yourself, it makes them quite special to work with, in the sense of hard word and possession over the material.

Favourite Biome: Plains. While forests are a close contender, plains are just much more practical to build in. They have flat, blank ground with amazing vistas, and even have small forests and hills within them too. They just remind me of what earth used to be, and what I wish it still was. The only downside to them for me are the villages which I despise as I think they are very unsightly. (And somewhat remind me of us humans putting metal cities in the middle of beautiful land).

Favorite Mob: Wolves are my favourite mob in the game as you can tame them and have a companion while you play. They are very protective making them useful, but mainly they just keep away loneliness. I strive to keep wolves, both mine and wild safe, never taking risks that will endanger them but not me, and will always make named graves for those that perish. Seeing and owning wolves just reminds me further of nature and fantasy and for that alone they hold a special place in my heart. They also hold relevance to my real life where I own dogs (and currently a wolf-like dog), being my favourite animal in reality too.

Favorite Color of Wool: Red. Although green is my favourite colour, I love building with red wool as it is rich, demanding and grand. Seeing it on roofs and decorations on buildings really makes them stand out and be different to "normal" buildings found elsewhere. I don't see the colour as of anger and rage, but of love, motherly tenderness, warmth and protection.

Strengths: In Minecraft terms, effort I would say is my strength. I mine every material for each stone, wood and ore that I require. I craft every arrow and kill mobs for experience and drops rather than rely on mob grinders, an aspect although useful, I find to be somewhat cheating. For each structure I create I try to make it beautiful, including my mines, home and storage. I will try to make sense of what I do, like adding crags for my mountaintop water flows and keeping things natural. I will also rip down any part of my structure which I feel does not encompass my vision, however big and "complete", and try again to get it perfect.

Weakness's: My weakness I would say, is my ambition. I often plan giant structures of immense detail, but soon become overwhelmed by the work they require, especially ones that need large scale terraforming/mining. There comes a limit to the repetitiveness I can take, so underground building I find very taxing. The counter to this weakness however is cooperation. If I am working with others on large projects then any exhaustion I have for the plan vanishes as I am not doing it by myself.

Will you record the server(Not mandatory): I am not into recording unless there is a decent reason to. Though given the chance I would quite happily help in filming footage, though generally not a lets play.

If you were choosing the people to join why would you chose your self: Without wanting to sound arrogant, I would choose myself because of my respect for others and the game. I believe I am a friendly person who is always willing to collaborate with others. I am generous too, bound not by any greed for my possessions, but overall I am kind. I enjoy helping other people and will always try to assist where I can and where appropriate.

Are you respectful ALL of the time: Yes, even when people have upset me. I do not believe in retaliation. Being respectful is important to me as I always strive to be the better person in a matter, and this includes overlooking petty arguments and flaws in people.

What makes your better than the average Minecraft player: I am going to say that I don't believe I am better. I don't believe anyone is better than anyone else, nor that there is an average Minecraft player at all. Everyone has their own strengths, weaknesses, personality and opinions and I am not at liberty to say mine are of more importance and higher quality than others. However, I do believe that some people are better at handling problems and other people which I count myself among.

Question time: I gather this is questions for me to ask you, the owner. In which case, the nether hub requirement has concerned me. I don't understand why one is needed to your chosen place of residence, though I won't question this. What I will question is the time frame in order to do it. Considering you say nether track, I assume you require rails? In which case, if a player is 1000 blocks away from the spawn plus 1000 blocks away from another player (If they can even get within 2000 blocks of the spawn) then that requires at least 250 rail pieces. That means you will need roughly eighty iron bars and twenty gold bars. So to achieve this in three days, you will need to do extensive mining. I am not one for time limits myself, and although I would do this if it truly is required, it just seems to me slightly unneeded. Lets not also forget the diamond and obsidian requiments, armour, supplies for nether defence too. Now, if it is just a nether path (walked path, not rails) then this the requirement is much less concerning.

Who is your favorite MindCracker?Why? I am afraid I only watched a few episodes of MindCrack a long while back, none of which I can fully remember so I will have to leave this field blank.

Do you know how to operate a nether hub? I am slightly confused about this question. I guess I understand how to make one, in the sense of multiple tracks/paths to multiple portals that correspond to the over-world. I am very good with linking portals up, knowing exactly how to do it if they do not connect correctly. I cannot say minecart tracks are my speciality though as I often prefer walking due to the iron requirement.

Any additional about your self or your minecraft skills (Highly suggested you have lots of detail): Well, I have been playing Minecraft for a few years now, on and off. I mainly enjoy playing on servers as playing by yourself becomes very lonely and at times pointless. Who is going to see or use your structures in single player? Finding a server is often a problem though as many have a heavy reliance on plugins, too many players and bad moderators.

I am a firm believer in manual work in Minecraft, including hunting for items, mining for ore and materials and playing the game realistically. I love hardcore modes as they make the game just that little more intense, realistic and meaningful. I also love the hunger elements in the game especially when going hungry can kill you. (I am also a firm believer that thirst should be in the game also.) This is mainly due to what found me Minecraft, searching for "island survival" games. Back to my belief in manual work, I don't like enchantments too much. While they seem fun at first, they take a lot of the work from the game which I feel is vital for a good experience. I am also not fond of mob grinders, mainly dark rooms (as finding a mob dungeon I guess can be quite some work, especially one of the mob you like!). The main problem for me is the ability to grind for experience.

In regards to building, I try to give all my structures a story and a purpose, governing their colour, shape, style and location. I will often build within one story rather than several unrelated things as I love the feeing of expansion and progression. (With books, such story can now be told to others which I am very fond of.) I will also use reference images sometimes in order to get realism into my buildings.

I love exploring in the game, finding new land to build on, which is why biome and generation updates are my favourite in Minecraft. My least favourite biome is the swamp as I think it is unsightly and nonsensical. I am not too keen on cave exploration as I have a tendency to get lost and after a while they become quite boring, especially due to the lack of ambience. However, I will often explore them for ore and the possibility of seeing a nice place. I find ravines especially exciting in caves too.

Past prodjects: This is something i built for a local contest some months ago.

I'm talking norwagian in the video and im very sleepy I dont got very many screenshots, but ill link some on skype if needed.

I like Spruce logs a lot. Specialy with jungle leaves.

For big prodjects i use stone brick a lot (with something lighter to fresh it up)

Extreme hills. Adlingtons castle is so cool. Even better is extreme hills jungle, but they are rare.

Cows, beef is the best food and leather is so useful now.

Favorite Mindcracker is Etho. I know it's mainstream, but hes funny, calm, skilled and entertaining. I love watching his stuff in general like his singel player and the recent "don't starve" series, but he does not have the coolest Mindcrack videos in my oppinion, that would for me be Zisteau =)

Yes i know, and ill try to make my tunnel small, but cool and branch off far to the side in case of expansions in the future.
