This is an automated PvP arena designed for 2 players. The goal of the map is, to be the last player standing. The arena features an all new and unique way of choosing equipment and enchantments. The map is all powered by command blocks and redstone, and here is the best part: IT'S ALL VANILLA! That's right, no need for mods or plugins, just download the map, drop it in to your server folder, and that's it!
Note: The map was thought out and designed in less than 2 days. Keep this in mind when encountering any problems and/or bugs.
What's so special about it?
The map is all powered by redstone, which makes it all vanilla, and no need for mods. The map also features an all new and unique system for choosing equipment and enchantments. Here is how it works:
Upon spawning you will get teleported in to a room, which probably looks like something you have seen before. You then walk in to another room, where it's only you. Here you will choose 2 pieces of armor (All armor is iron), after this you will be teleported in to another room, which looks the same as the first one. Here you will choose your weapon, and will be given 210 levels of experience and 3 books for enchanting. From here you will be teleported in to an enchanting room, where you have 2 minutes to enchant what you want.
Wow, that sounds great, but will I need any mods for this?
No, this is all vanilla, meaning that it was built in a fresh version of Minecraft, with no mods. The map takes advantage of the new command blocks and repeater locks. Just download the map, drop it in to your server folder, and run the server (see recommended server settings below).
Can all of my friends play at the same time?
No, unfortunately not. As you can see in the recommended server settings, the "max-players" setting is set to 2. Right now the arena is not big enough for more than 2 players, but the redstone, and arena, is easy expandable, so if you are interested in making a larger arena, just contact me.
How does it look?
