Okay, I'm going to explain this to you.
DO NOT get a prebuilt, unless we say it is acceptable. The 2 you have linked us are bad. Prebuilts usually come will no named PSUs, and no named HDDs, that may die in a matter of weeks taking your whole system with it.
YOU DO NOT need a lot of money to buy the computer parts and put them together. It will save you A LOT of money.
Just tell us your budget, we'll get you a build. If you don't want to build it yourself, just bring them into a local computer shop, they will assemble it for you for a small fee. Trust us, we know what we're talking about.
