Hey I'm Ultra and this is our server CrossRoads.
Qharouff, my buddy, and I have worked extremely hard on this server and have almost finished our designs.
Yet we need some staff.

Before we get into any of those details here is our server information, which you may or may not be interested in:

Now I've mentioned we need staff, and when we say staff we mean mature older players, not 10 year old Admins. We are a very mature server, constantly checking our staff, immaturity will be removed.

- Servers you have been a staff member on if any: I was a Moderator on a server called SnazyCraft and was promoted to Head Admin and Website Designer for that server. The server is currently down, but heres proof that it is in fact a real server -> http://snazycraft.forumotion.com/ It was a popular server until our hoster screwed us over. It was a family runned server made by me and a couple of ambitious friends.
- Experience if any: Moderator on a server above and then promoted to Head Admin. Helped Create that server and it lasted for about a year.
- What you know about being a staff member and guiding players: I know that being a staff member requires a lot of work and a lost of trust from other players. I know that in sticky situations your gonna be called upon to help. Helping Players is a number 1 rule of running a popular server and to keep the players happy but under control.
- How can you help? I'm not sure what plugins you guys use but heres a list of plugins i am able to use:

Almost all Grief Protectors (Coreprotect, etc..)
Ban tools
Essentials
Some permission plugins (I can help with configuring them) like permissionsx
And most other essential plugins for a basic server

Why i should be an admin:

Firstly i am a mature individual, i have many experience, i am friendly and also very helpful. I believe with these characteristics i would be a suitable Admin for this server.

My previous experiences consists of hosting a 100 slot server (Can proof with link to minecraft forums) and also being an admin for a large server. I understand many plugins and also the commands. I can handle many situations that may occur on a server professionally as i have seen many scenarios in the past. In addition to that, i have been playing minecraft since early Alpha stages and i am an overall experienced player at the game. I would be able to help players on the server whether it is about the game or the server.

I am a friendly person and i understand how to talk to players. I am not rude and respect others even if they are lower ranking. Personally i think the most important thing on a minecraft server is to have a friendly community with all the players and that is the key to having a successful server. I believe that i am able to achieve that requirement.

When it comes to helping others, I'm not the best at explaining but i will always try my best to help in all situations, especially when a new player was to join the server i will not ignore that player if he/she needed help. Not only could i help players of the server but i could also help the server itself, by advertising or by plugins advice and help.

I think that overall you should pick me to be an admin because i have most of the characteristics for a perfect admin and i believe that i would be able to be the perfect admin for this server.
