How many servers have you been on: Alot, I don't keep track of exactly how many.
How much experiences have you had with FTB or the mods on it: Lots, I have tons of experience with Tekkit which shares many of its mods. I know a fair  bit about all of them.
How dedicated do you think you will be to the server: Very dedicated once I become a part of it and start to make friends on it.
can you donate any amount of money for a dedicated server later (totally optional): If you only want me for money, then no. I have donated to a few servers in the past, I donate to servers I enjoy.
Can you record for youtube (with a good frame rate): Yes, I recently got a new high end pc (i7 3770k, 16gb ram quiet a few other nice features) and I have fraps so I can record extremely well, I also have editing skills.
How big is your youtube channel if you have one: I rarely use youtube., I prefer live streaming.
on a scale of 1-10 how nice/respectful do you think you are (honestly): Honestly, I'm normally around a 8 but, I do get mad like anyone else so I can fluctuate..

How many servers have you been on: i cant really count all of em, publics and whitelisted, i think 8 whitelisted servers, vanilla and FTB and over 50 public servers i'm estimating.
