There has been a catastrophic event on my server: The sole other member of the server which I am a player on has caused property damage, multiple deaths, theft, and false claims. I will now submit my story, and the defendant may provide his.

'Twas the 2nd of December, and all through a server, my property was stirring, as spamynator_1 strode onto my property with malicious intent. For some reason, we had come to the agreement that the defendant could come to my house and build a wooden house, than burn it. I have absolutely no idea why, however that was the way it went. I will provide imitation images of what happened, to supplement my story.

He entered my property 9:32 PM of December 2nd, 2012, bearing netherrack, wood, a bucket of lava, tools, and malicious intent. The following, until stated, was to both of our agreements, and I bear witness. He first surrounded my chests with netherrack, and I helped. This was to prevent burning from potential lava spread.

Second, he built a simple wooden house next to said netherrack box, about 5x4, and 7 blocks high. This house contained a door and nothing more. Here is where said house was:

He than poured lava upon said house, as was agreed upon. I began to block the flow of lava, however as it lit the house on fire, it spread uncontrollably, covering much of the area. It was than that the lava ignited the forest surrounding my area, as shown in this image:

I than began attempting to douse the flames, with the defendant also appearing to do so, to an extent. As this happened, the defendant was repeatedly stating that I "owed him a bucket of lava", as I tried to douse the flames burning my beloved forest. I was than ignited by the blaze, and died in a very pitiful pile of items. The defendant picked up my prized pickaxe, and gave it to me some time later, probably worried about potential theft. I than returned, only to die again in the blaze. When I returned a second time, the blaze was out, leaving a very ugly gap in the forest, shown in the image above.

The defendant than invaded my property, attempting to gather photo evidence, which he will undoubtably provide in his defense. Upon leaving, he showed distinct signs of cheating, something expressly forbidden by him himself:

As my final show of evidence, here are some more examples of the horrific destruction caused to my area:

I ask the jury to approve a charge of the following items:
- 3 buckets
- 20 wood
- 3 planks
- 10 "bottles 'o' enchanting" to make up for lost levels.

I thank you for your time, and may your decision be just.
Thanks for responding everybody, he threatened to take down the server until I gave in, so that finishes that.

To those who insulted me, please purchase a dictionary from your mental hospital's library and have your supervisor read out the definition of "joke" for you, G'night :)

Innocent. You really haven't proven unlawful killing, unlawful seizure of property, or whatever else beyond any reasonable doubt at all.

You didn't even tell us the rules of the server.

Innocent.
1: You never did state the server's rules
2: You only died because of you getting too close to the flames. He didn't push you into the flames, did he? I think not.
3: Dude, he stold a torch, some wood, and some crops. The only thing valuable were the buckets, but you can always find more iron. It's not like it's that rare.

One missing torch is not that much. Also, the crops could have been trampled by mobs. As for the deaths, even though the fire was started by him, you could have avoided dying by jumping in water somewhere. If the fire was caused by the lava, you could have foreseen that and removed the  nearby trees before letting him do so. And before you say "there's no water near me" one of my top rules of MC, number 5 actually, is always have water in your inventory. It has saved me many times before.
I approve the planks and wood, and one bucket - MAXIMUM There's not enough proof for me. Besides, you can easily get that wood back, so I wouldn't bother trying to get it from him.

I spamynator_1 (the defendant) hereby plead not guilty to the corrupt claims of the prosecuter. My first defense i never said he "owed him a bucket of lava" this quote is not only in the wrong tense, i never claimed he owed me the bucket. just the lava which he proceded to remove from the roof of my house i build in his yard and dump in the bystanding water.

May the record show this is not his server.

After "burning down his forest" he proceeded to make several threats along the lines of as follows, and i quote
"i will Ra** you"
"i will burn your Fu***** house"
"I will poor lava on your animals" (i took personal offense to this)

Keep in mind the distinct lack of relevence my house, virginity, and animals have in this lawsuite.
we then got into an enlongated argument about how he owes me lava (and 5 sugarcane) to which he did not abide.
he then pulled the following statements out of his fecal oriface... "I ask the jury to approve a charge of the following items:
- 3 buckets
- 20 wood
- 3 planks
- 10 "bottles 'o' enchanting" to make up for lost levels."
i did not at anytime during this servers ontime take bukkits wood or levels from this kind fellow.
His accusal of me causeing his fire based death lies untrue, i did not in anyway force him to stand in the flame, due to how pvp is disabled i am incapable of doing such an action. on a side-note i definately would have killed him if pvp was enabled.

By the power invested in my by the state of Ohio i now plead not guilty, you may kiss the defendant!

He admits his involvement in all of these incidents, as well as how he caused them. The theft can be dismissed, however I believe he has given enough evidence to owe met at least the wood. As for claims of threats or "offensive statements", this cannot be proven and is untrue.

This is a threat, and I take offense to this.

Supports his cheating (flying to the site to perform mentioned property invasion)

Quote

I lacked MANY items which I had on me from my second death, which I cannot prove, however I am attempting to make this claim in order to at least make up for some of this loss. As for the wood, far more than 20 wood was lost in flames, so I consider this request acceptable.

And to his claims about the lack of necessity of my death, if it wasn't for my desperate attempt to quell the blaze, he would have caused the removal of hundreds of trees, and the death of approximately 30 villagers who live in said forest (I can provide images, if he lets me onto the server.)

Hopefully I have helped you decode his testimony.

Defendant is not guilty, you're just dumb. Why did you let him set a house on fire in your forest!? He owes you nothing.

He has settled upon giving me three signs, and a block of wood. These signs will be used to create a memorial beyond the boundaries of his tyrannic rule describing the tragedy which he caused. In his desperate attempt to defend his blatant guilt, he's threatened to keep the entire server down until he owes me nothing. That pretty much explains the entire situation.

This entire thing has been a joke between us, thanks for taking it disgustingly seriously, pretty much what I expected Posted Image

See above. Get a sense of humor, and a knowledge of inference. The people who took this distantly seriously really need to go think about their lives. Posted Image
