I had an idea for a new server but i need people to get on board with me to see if its worth my time to set it up

so my plan. I want to create a tekkit rp server.
where it is different countries and they each control themswelves.
i would want to create a very busy trading system as well as a United Nations type deal. book and quills would be used as contracts and a lot more would come out of this idea.. i just need to know if the idea is sonething people would enjoy playing on.

3. Back Story Of Character. (Atleast 3 Paragraphs)

Tali is a young girl who has left the small town she grew up in for unknown reasons(which will play very much into her lore, I don't want to spoil it.) Tali began her life in one of the smaller villages in the forests few traveled to. She grew up in a tight nit community, heavily influenced by her elders. She became very skilled in the art of magic, something her village was known for. She rarely used it, and if she did it was never at another creature. She was always a loner, never talking to many of the villages children and working by herself on her magic skills or perfecting her enchanting. The elders took notice of her cunning intellect and her skills with magic, and trained her specially. While cunning, she would make irrational decisions under pressure, something that frightened the elders. She was trained for years, then left her village for unknown reasons (again, don't want to spoil it), never looking back. She now resides among the main kingdom.

4. Character Bio. (Quick Facts)Cunning, Fiesty, Irrational under pressure, Comes of as hostile, Peaceful unless angered

5. Characters Job. Enchantement

6. Any Questions.It would be nice to know a little more server back story, but it doesn't really matter

Back Story Of Character.Its starts back to when he was 12.He was a greatfully respectful little kid,His parents wished that he would be better.But i think im the te perfect son of a wealthy family.My mom is the queen and dad is king.    .    When he was about thirteen his parents were killed.He was sent to a foster home when he was found almost dead on the street.He was starving.He had nothing to eat.His only wish was for someone to find him.when he got to the foster home,he hated it there.The kids were annoing the beds sucked.Every mourning he woke up to a aching back.Till he was 15 he ran away.He was tired of dealing with the stupid kids that wouldnt shut up.So he joined a group of  villans(pretty much villans).He has robed over 6 banks.Killed over 100 people.    .    When he was 20 he left the group to go learn necromancy.He had no friends.Always had cops after him and never left the village he lived in till one day.He lost some of his powers to a god.The only way to get them back is to find this one temple and pray to the gods.And that is his life time goal.
