We need more details like plugins and rules no one will join your server if you don't give out details.

SERVER IS TERRIBLE I WAS ADMIN ON IT I MADE THE WHOLE SPAWN AND I WAS BUILDING A MODEL OF MSELF IN WOOL AND THE OWNER HAD GREIFED IT THE SERVER IS THE WORST SERVER I HAVE EVER PLAYED BEFORE AND I BUUILT THE WHOLE THING

It doesn't feel like an awesome server when your lagging a lot.
There is no charge for awesomeness, or attractiveness.
