The refresh button requires a slight upwards movement with the mouse. F5 requires me to lean forwards first.

i can f5 without moving too much.
And requires less aim than mousing.

I actually had a plugin installed at one point where it would refresh automatically every 10seconds.
It would actually mean i refresh the page less often but still to a similar effect cx
