Installing mods using multimc

I downloaded multimc to make modding easier. i just dont know how to install mods using it. i already have forge downloaded. any help with downloading mods on multimc?

follow the instructions on the mod topic you shouldnt need to extract any zip folders
go to the correct tab when editing mods and click add mod

Typically, if you have forge installed and it had no problems running with forge.
Select your instance and click edit mods, there should be tabs like jarmods, core mods and mods. Place mist mods in the mods tab, like selection it then click add mods and select the mod you would like to install.
Please wait at the Mojang's screen and look at the. MultiMC log, if it's still running then it shows its still processing the mods.

it just wouldnt let me like put in files i didnt pay attention for errors
