Ok, so I am looking for a plugin that will stop players from using /fly if they are in a PVP battle.

For example: I am PVPing with someone, I am low on health, I use /fly to get away from the player(s) I am PVPing with. - I am looking for a plugin that will make it so they can't use /fly for a set time limit after they get attacked by another player.

Is there a plugin that can do that?

You shouldn't be able to use fly in the first place if you are pvp'ing. It isn't right!

It's a donator perk, but I want a plug to eliminate from this happening, even though it probably wont.

use this and set in the config

pvp-timer=0

to

pvp-timer=10

or so
