Hey man.
You could always use http://www.enjin.com/ for your website, quite popular around the minecraft community now, though, if you want to set your own domain you'd need to pay for the first subscription.

Anyway, If you need any help (staff wise) I'd be up for it. got quite a bit of experience. I see your looking for a co-owner, though, I may not be able to help paying the server wise (I have no card) I'd be happy to help manage plugins and such, seeing as that's what I'm good at when it comes to MC Servers.
