With the SpawnerGUI mod, mob spawners drop when mined.

Spawners can't be dropped but when you mine it,It will give you some additional experience points.There is no exceptional way that you can pick up a Mob Spawner Cage.
But if you are using the SpawnerGUI Modification (Mod) like Koopax just said,Picking up a Spawner Cage is possible.
