I am trying to get Spawner mods to work, but when i go into the Minecraft Jar file, the INF folder everyone says to delete isnt present. But when i copy the mod files into the Jar file, the game doesnt change at all.....what do.

Are you trying to install Risugami's Spawner Gui? Make sure you have mod loader installed as well as the Spawner Gui mod. If not then disregard my comment.

Also, it's the META-INF folder that you need to delete.
