The BlueSpark Tekkit server is a fun community focused around role-play and survival. As a player, you will be subject to robbers, thieves and warring factions. You may even be caught in the crossfire. But don't fret! There are plenty of opportunities to score big in the world!Maybe you can earn a job as a worker, or a guard locking away Bluesparks most wanted criminals. You could be a shopkeeper or a vigilante guardian in the player established towns. Alternatively, you may choose to join the factions present in the world and fight with your comrades!

MORE WILL BE ADDED! THESE ARE JUST EXAMPLES!

Rules:
1) Be mature and don't be using swears every two words. Don't be discriminating or racist, nobody likes those kinds of people.
2) Griefing is allowed if it is within the boundaries of role-play (Faction bases, rebellion against town government.) YOU MAY NOT GRIEF THE SPAWN/HUB
3) PvP is allowed everywhere, so don't be screaming because you were ambushed by bandits while you were carrying your diamond stacks.
4) Stealing is also allowed. So better protect your stuff!5) BANS WILL ONLY BE HANDED OUT TO EXTREME CASES, PEOPLE WHO GRIEF/TROLL OUTSIDE OF RP OR WHEN AN ADMIN DEEMS IT NECESSARY! Instead of a ban, you will be transported to jail and will stay there until your sentence is served, you are broken out via your friends or a jail riot.

Properties of the Jails
- Any player caught griefing or stealing will be sent to jail.
- All items in their inventories will be taken away. If there was stolen items, they are returned to the owners
- You will stay in your cell and will only be allowed out at specified times. You may participate in riots and try to escape the jail. Your friends may also choose to break you out.

Properties of the Towns

- You may not grief the Capital Building or Jail (unless its a riot)
- Destruction of houses is more dangerous in towns, as there are more people around to witness it and arrest you.
- Furthermore, if a resident in the town is known to be pillaging and stealing, it is up to the Mayor if he wants them arrested.
- NO TOWN LEADERS ARE THE SAME! Some may choose to run a democracy or dictatorship. If you are unhappy with their rule, you may rebel. PLEASE tell them first, and if they don't listen you may choose to rebel.

- Stealing
- Griefing
- Rebellion
- Assassinating the leader/mayor of a town

Well, that's the thing. We expect everyone to act respectful and in a role play sort of way. Bans will be handed out to people who don't RP and we have reminded them over for it or mass griefers/trollers that don't want to learn. So we hope we don't have to do that.

Sounds fun, im sick of servers with no pvp and when you raid people homes its protected (especially after they raided you and you cant get your stuff back.) Sign me up!

Yeah, when the owner told me to write this, he told me that he wants everything other tekkit servers deem wrong so it can enhance roleplay. I think it works well for mature, serious role-players or anyone who likes the idea of a jail system instead of a ban.

BTW, applications will start as soon as we finsihed the main essentials.

When will that be exactly? The first tekkit server i tried had a weird connection problem and im really wanting to do more with this mod.

Skarlet plans to aquire enough knowlege and power to claim dominion over a region and establish a defined "feeding ground".

Kazzien the Storm Singer was a elemental mage of great power, hailing from the north lands where war is as common as wind.
One day the wizard was exploring a ancient ruin left by the endermen once a great nation of great power now nothing more than evil creatures banished to the ending plains. he came across a lone pillar of obsidian, arcs of lightning and fel orbs flowing in and around the strange monolith. Approaching slowly he reached it, examining the ebony surface with aw and wonder, he reached out and felt the smoothness and raw energy.
Sitting up dazed and tingling with lightning Kazzien found him self in a different place, and something felt missing, he felt....drained. Casting a minor cantrip that should have turned a rock into smoke failed to happen, he was somewhere else and without his precious magic to aid him.
