New user.  Scanned FAQs and previous posts for solution, couldn't find exact match.  Based on similar problems, I tried updating video driving, updating Java, then deleting all but the Saves folder.  Still getting the error shown below when I try to access any existing world.  Created a new (empty) world and it opens just fine.  Running in creator mode.  Can anyone help?  Thanks.

Make sure to make a backup!

Windows XP: Press Start then click run. type in %appdata% then click on .minecraft. go to saves then double click your world. Delete the
level.dat_old. Done!

Windows 7: Press the windows key then Type %appdata% in the search bar. then click on .minecraft. go to saves then double click your world. Delete the level.dat_old. Done!

Tried deleting level.dat_old on the world that crashed, but it crashed again.  Exactly the same error log.  Does anyone have other ideas?
