Detailed Information for those who care to read it:

Welcome to Minecraft; evolved. In the Paradigne universe the standard game of Minecraft has been enhanced to give all new and veteran players alike a unique, elegant, and fascinating experience. Instead of the default, singular, mineral-rich world, Paradigne is broken up into multiple worlds, or "planets", each one holding unique resources in unique patterns (most have ore veins rather than randomized clumps seen in vanilla MC.) These worlds have unique terrain and biome traits generated via powerful, well tested, and well thought out terrain generation algorithms.

Within this universe ancient jump gates are utilized to transport players to and from each world, all stemming from the capital world: Charon. On Charon (the spawn) you will have everything you need to begin on our server - in general Charon is the most like vanilla Tekkit of all the worlds. The ore is not in "veins", their are numerous diverse biomes, and in general every essential resource you need is found here. Put simply, starting on Charon makes for a good transition to our universe, and if you so wish you need never leave the planet to achieve a rich Minecraft experience.

To sum up Paradigne, my goal is to provide an experience for all players that is fun, fair, balanced, and easy to comprehend. I have been running this server non-stop since November 2010, and I have a vast experience with hundreds of plugins because of this. This knowledge has allowed me to create (with a LOT of planning and a LOT of work) this new amazing universe. Our server patrons favor mature players, but we are by no means above silliness and the pursuit of a good time. I intend to continue to maintain the mechanics to support our ever-expanding player base indefinitely (2 years running so far.) Be a part of this amazing server today, log in and check us out!

Hello prospective players! Please feel more than welcome to come play with us - we are always looking for new people to join up and create with us! We've been around for quite some time and have a good group of regulars, but we are ALWAYS more than happy to welcome new players! The more the merrier! Our server is very diverse, and so we love new ideas, and group projects and exploration!

I want to remind prospective players that we are currently all just starting out in our new worlds here. Literally nothing significant has been constructed yet, and that's saying something as our server is known for making RIDICULOUSLY complex and impressive cities, structures and monuments. This is the very best time to join us, and with two years under our belts you can rest assured your hard work will not be abandoned (this is my guarantee as the admin.)

It is with GREAT excitement that I now introduce TEKKIT to Paradigne! This is the most fun I have had in Minecraft since the first time I launched this server over 2 years ago. Already we have some old faces returning to our server, but we are still very much so a small tight-knit community, and all of us are still learning the new game mechanics introduced by Tekkit! Come and join us on our NEW MAPS and join in on the excitement that is the Paradigne universe!

Tekkit is Minecraft on steroids - make your structures fly with advanced machines, use muskets to fend off monsters, and use pipes to drain wells. Mine uranium to work on the mysterious nuclear reactor (the recipe and process is not disclosed on the wiki's.) Use automatic drills to mine (they work like normal tools, but they never break - they simply need energy! This energy is far from free, as with Tekkit everything has a cost!)

In the end, this is still a survival server, and nothing is free. We work for what we do, and we make some AMAZING structures! Tekkit is simply now allowing us to take our game to the next level. Tekkit was not built by Mojang, instead it was built and/or supported by thousands of Minecraft's biggest fans. It is the natural evolution of the game, and it is a truly brilliant unofficial expansion.

I forgot to mention a minor issue with Tekkit:
When you download the installer, be SURE you set your launcher to the latest DEVELOPMENT VERSION. If you fail to do this, you will be unable to log in! We are not running our server on a dev version, but for some reason this is required. The version we are running is 3.1.3 (the latest release of Tekkit.)
