Hello! I just made a new multiplayer server on minecraft, it is a survival server and requires whitelisting. I am new to this and am happy to have people join and have fun. This server is vanilla and has no plugins yet but I probably will get some soon with your help.

The proplem is in the IP
the IP shouldn't look like that : 192.168.1.9
Most of the them are like that EXAMPLE: 192.168.2.3:25565
The last numbers should be there!
try to fix your IP i'm sure it's the proplem
