Some random street soccer game for my PS1 and a Spyro game for my PS1. The first games that I really enjoyed was Battlefield 1942 and Age of Empires I, (and I used to love this awesome educational zoo game, I play it to this day).

The first game I ever played was Sonic 1 for the Game Gear.

The first games I ever owned were Sonic & Knuckles and Ecco 2 for the Mega Drive. I got both games together with my console. I was only 6 so I didn't know those games were sequels until years later. I just picked them because they looked pretty.

Ecco 2 went on to become one of my all-time favourite games. I didn't manage to finish it as a kid though, wasn't until my late teens I managed to beat it. For a game about a cute dolphin in a cheesy fantasy environment that game is really hard and gets kind of disturbing as it goes on.
