Hey all I updated Minecraft to version 1.4.5 this morning and went to update my mods but the game doesn't recognize them. I deleted the META INF folder in minecraft.jar,I've started fresh a dozen times, loaded the files for forge into the minecraft.jar file and there's no indication on my minecraft load screen that I have any mods installed at all. I am really at a loss on this one, so hopefully someone here can help me.

This is where your meant to be.
Try removing all mods from the mods folder, You might have a old one there.
And make sure you have the latest forge http://files.minecraftforge.net/
Find the ForgeModLoader-0.log file in your .minecraft folder too, post that.

Sorry for posting in the wrong area. I'll post my problem there as well.
Since I last posted I deleted my .minecraft folder to start completely fresh, so no old mods kicking around.
I have downloaded and installed the latest version of Forge (1.4.5-6.4.0.396) and nothing is loading for me.
I also can't find the ForgeModLoader-0.log so I can't post that.
Thanks for responding to my problem.

All i can suggest otherwise is delete .minecraft do a fresh install,
click http://adf.ly/673885...5-6.4.0.396.zip just to support the creators of forge.
download http://www.skydaz.co...inecraft-1-4-5/ it's at the bottom download.exe, run it click install, Wait, When done test.
This will install Forge Modloader and a mod called factorization.

Thank you for your help, downloading the factorization mod seems to have done it. Not sure what I wasn't doing but at least it's fixed now.
Thanks again.
