General Info:
Team Blackout started off as a clan based idea which first started in MineZ. Our founder "TheFulcan", made a website for all of us. After we dominated MineZ, we started playing BioCraft factions. Soon, we realized that it was too much over powered, and we decided to open our own faction server.

Voting:
Currently we have two voting websites:
MineStatus
PlanetMinecraft
Our Aims:
1) Balanced Economy. Players cannot make millions and just easily overpower other factions.
2) Not banning a lot. We don't just ban anyone. We give many chances. But, if someone is a real a**hole, we will troll him until they cry.
3) We strive for perfection. Every block placed was considered. Spawn, Arenas, Market. All that was thought through throughly.
Ranks:
Member: Default players. No special abilities. Can create factions/use heroes plugin.
Adv-Member: Trusted members. Have been playing for a long time. Extra abilities are /nick, and could come police members
Police: They DON'T have creative. They can only mute and Jail. (Mod)
Admins: They make sure everything is running as it should be. They ban, unban, and handle most of the stuff on the server.
Co-Owner: Co-Owners make sure Admins are doing their job right. They have access to console, and have the same duties and rights as the owner
