hello does anyone here know how you would change a mobs form like when u click on a dog it sits i would like to do something like that except the mob is not tameable and instead of sitting it will climb trees and when it is climbing the tree its body will tilt sideways so it looks like it is climbing a tree thks!

That would be model animation. I'd start looking up stuff about that.
